🚚 Fulfillment & Shipping

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days after your purchase.
Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, shipping generally takes:
- USA (including California): 3–5 business days
- International: 5–20 business days, depending on location and local postal services

Please note: These are estimated times and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your region isn’t supported, you’ll be notified at checkout.

💰 Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout: Shipping costs are based on your location, item weight, and quantity.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within the U.S. — join our mailing list to stay updated.

📦 Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages. Since some items are produced at different Printful facilities, they’ll ship individually at no extra cost to you.

❗ Address Issues & Delays

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If your order is delayed more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Reach out to us at helpdesk@sacramentoathleticclub.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with Printful to file a claim and offer a replacement or refund where eligible.
